The roundtable “Taxation, Officers and Administration in Spain of Fernando VI: Documentation, Interpretation” focuses on the debate on administrative practices of the 18th century and how they influenced the creation of documents, especially with regard to the area of public finances. Also, the different documentary categories and their subsequent conservation in the archive will be analyzed. It will take as an example what happened in the reign of Ferdinand VI of Spain.
