History is created by people. Everyone of us is a writer of history. Together these individual writings result in the multi-faceted narration of our shared European history. People and communities are the integral creators of historic chronologies and we therefore  encourage and enable them by means of our project’s activities to explore their history. Activities which actively invite communities to get involved in creatively exploring and effecting their history are the encouraging catalysts to opening archival material up to the public.
