Training future generations of professionals in the field of cultural history preserving working areas should be supported by the knowledge available in archives. Conveying this knowledge beyond the archival walls and vice versa thus being able to infuse archival institutions with current research and academic knowledge is the two-way street to take. Since plenty of project partners are actually universities, their particular contributions to our project go without saying: academic courses and seminars educate and train future generations in the working area of cultural preserving institutions.
