The National Archives of Finland organizes its first “Bring your history day” in Ikaalinen working in cooperation with their local partner, the local heritage society Ikaalinen-Seura.

During the day historical material (from Second World War era or older) provided by event participants will be digitized using the four scanner acquired under the co:op project. Since this is the first of the five “Bring your history” events, the National Archives of Finland is looking forward to further develop this kind of digitization process and learn from the needs and aspirations of the event’s participants.
